Job summary

St. Andrew’s School seeks a strategic leader to direct all advancement activities, including annual fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, endowment, and capital campaigns. You will build a culture of philanthropy and steward donor intent while guiding the advancement team.

You will engage volunteers, coordinate with parent associations, and represent the school at events to advance fundraising goals. A decade+ in advancement leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years in advancement, marketing, or related field with proven fundraising leadership.
• Relational databases experience; Raiser’s Edge preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, endowment giving, and capital campaigns.
• Develop a comprehensive stewardship plan to foster a culture of philanthropy.
• Coordinate donor relations and advocate for donor intent in fundraising activities.
• Oversee special events related to advancement efforts and network at community events.
• Hire, train, supervise, and provide strategic direction for the advancement staff; manage the budget.
