Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is hiring for a Hyperbaric Wound Care Technician to administer hyperbaric oxygen and wound care treatments under supervision. The role supports patient care teams across Piedmont Henry Hospital's wound care services.

Qualifications include GED, 40-hour hyperbaric medicine training, and completion of the Wound Treatment Associate Program; BLS is required, with CNA/EMT/AT/CMA as preferred certifications. This full-time on-site position is based in Stockbridge, GA.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required and
• 40-hour primary training in Hyperbaric Medicine Required and
• Completion of the Wound Treatment Associate Program Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of wound care or similar procedure assisting experience Required
• 2 years direct care with patients including wound dressing and assisting with minor surgical procedures Preferred
• 3 years of patient care experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
• EMT - Emergency Medical Tech Certification Preferred
• AT - Certified Athletic Trainer Preferred
