Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED
• Proficient in reading and speaking English
• Demonstrated performance in multiple operational roles such as: palletizer, mix, sheeting, wire cut, break relief, horizontal or vertical bagger, oven or cutter
• 2 years related food production experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment within the Safe Operating guidelines of the bakery
• Ensure that machinery is set up and running properly
• Input required data into the ERP system
• Monitor machine and process to ensure it is working correctly; avoid stopping the line
• Troubleshoot if the machine malfunctions or product does not meet specifications
• Maintain Quality Standards and consult with QA when there is a problem
• Follow GMPs and safety policies at all times
• Keep the work area clean and free of debris
• Participate in audits as assigned (Safety, GMP, 5S)
• Other duties as assigned
