Job summary

Qualifications

• Welding: 1 year experience minimum.
• Basic safety training required.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring tools (tape measure).
• Understand volts/amps and adjust as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Follow quality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plans details of working procedure.
• Inspects finished product for conformance to quality procedures.
• Safely operates advanced welding equipment.
• Set up and troubleshoot welding machines for production and quality.
• Modify welding procedures to improve safety, efficiency and quality.
• Follow safety policies at all times.
• Clock in to production jobs and meet production standards.
• Communicate with all departments.
