Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. This role involves performing a variety of custom welding and fabrication tasks while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and adhering to our quality standards.

You will read blueprints, prepare surfaces, set up equipment, and ensure compliant welds. We provide full training for the right candidate, competitive hourly pay, a Monday–Friday day shift, and benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, dimensions, and welding symbols with accuracy.
• Prepare surfaces and fit aluminum per project specs.
• Set up, adjust, and fine‑tune welder settings for quality welds.
• Perform welding tasks in compliance with standards and codes.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep workspace clean.
