Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a skilled welder to perform layout and all types of welding on large and mobile equipment at our U.S. operations. You will work on buckets, frames, and conveyor components while upholding strict safety and environmental standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of welding experience, and the ability to obtain welding certifications. You’ll operate in varied conditions with potential FMCSA drug/alcohol testing and competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years welding experience.
• Must pass welding certification.
• Able to use oxygen/acetylene torches.
• Horizontal, vertical, overhead and arc welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout work and all types of welding.
• Weld on large equipment and mobile equipment.
• Weld on equipment buckets, framework, conveyor systems, etc.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures
• Must pass certification for 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G and overhead.
