Qualifications

• IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard knowledge.
• IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard knowledge.
• IICRC ASD designation held.
• Mastery of BELFOR Water Damage procedures and tools.
• Ability to read plans and document data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Review project needs, document progress, and report challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photographs, charts, and sketches.
• Draw moisture maps, read plans, and set drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity loads and request support for large losses.
• Assess electrical consumption and temporary power needs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain equipment.
• Comply with BELFOR standards and safety training.
