Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions functions. You will process merchandise, ensure accurate inventory, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will use RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS tech to move goods efficiently and train teammates when needed. On-site role with strong focus on accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment with merchandise handling.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF tech, and processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to train and develop team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, and shipping docs with goods.
• Process inbound/outbound/returns and related inventory movements.
• Operate RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS as required.
• Store/retrieve merchandise from floor locations and racks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support cross-functional training as needed.
