Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.).
• This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate knowledge gained through education or training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Organize inventory with accurate sorting, labeling, storing and space optimization.
• Safely pick, pack and ship to meet customer and production requirements.
• Follow safety standards, wear PPE, report hazards, and address risks.
• Inspect products and prevent non-conforming materials from moving forward.
• Meet production, cycle time and quality performance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, material flow and processes.
• Communicate effectively to strengthen team performance and collaboration.
