Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or an approved alternative.
• Certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (e.g., reach trucks, order pickers) is required.
• Licensing may be required for export controls/sanctions compliance.
• Some work experience or relevant on-the-job training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize inventory with accurate sorting, labeling, storing and staging.
• Pick, pack, and ship products to meet delivery requirements.
• Follow safety standards, use PPE, and report hazards.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and handle non-conforming items.
• Support continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, and material flow.
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
