Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques. This role is suited for experienced professionals with strong technical backgrounds and will lead inspection scopes, analyze data, and serve as subject matter experts.

Preferred certifications include API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP, or equivalent. The role involves frequent client interaction, data reporting, and site-based fieldwork with safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and industry codes (ASME, API, AWS, etc.).
• Operate and configure advanced equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data and provide accurate, detailed reports and recommendations.
• Interface directly with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure all mission critical objectives have been met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians or assistants in advanced inspection setups and fieldwork.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, procedure development, and technique qualification reviews as needed/required.
• Adhere to TEAM's Life Critical Expectations and all site-specific safety protocols.
• Uphold industry codes and TEAM's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
