Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks experienced Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods. Lead inspection scopes, analyze data, and act as SMEs with frequent client interaction and high-precision field execution.

Qualified candidates will have strong technical backgrounds in NDE modalities, travel flexibility, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced NDE techniques and data interpretation are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and engineers.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments, including challenging settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure scanning systems and testing equipment.
• Collect, interpret, and report inspection data with detailed recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting.
• Supervise junior technicians and contribute to project planning and quality reviews.
• Follow safety protocols and TEAM standards of professionalism and integrity.
