Pape’ Kenworth, a premier medium and heavy-duty truck dealer in the West, seeks an Advanced Truck Technician / Mechanic for the swing shift. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain Class 7 & 8 trucks and mentor fellow technicians—always upholding safety, quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on medium and heavy‑duty class 7/8 trucks including engine repair, electronics troubleshooting, HVAC, and chassis repair.
• Ability to mentor and lead other technicians while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of Class 7/8 trucks.
• Mentor and guide other technicians in the shop to ensure safety and quality.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions and implement repair strategies.
• Maximize uptime by efficient and effective servicing of trucks.
