Challenge Manufacturing’s Advanced Tooling Engineer will support the launch team, ensuring tooling and gage specifications meet deadlines and quality requirements for 100% stampings. The role covers GD&T, tool design coordination, supplier engagement, and archival of tool CAD data throughout the project lifecycle.

The Advanced Tooling Engineer will work as a part of a launch team and will follow the die tooling and gages from the quoting phase to the production phase, ensuring that part specifications and deadlines are met for the successful buildup of assemblies and providing 100% quality stampings to our customers.
This will be a 1st Shift, M-F position located at our corporate office/plant in Walker, MI.
