Tire Discounters invites you to join as an Advance Tire Technician, where you will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles with hands-on training that sets you up for more advanced roles.

You will operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop organized while delivering outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork daily.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused tire technician who can lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
