Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Advance Tire Technician in Crossville, TN. You will install and repair tires, operate balancers and tire machines, and complete work orders while keeping the shop organized and safe.

This role involves assisting customers, collaborating with teammates, and upholding our WOW service standards. The position offers hands-on training with clear paths for growth into more advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

Requirements

• Effective Pay: $14.00-16.00+ per hour
