Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role offers training toward more advanced positions within a family-owned automotive service retailer.

You will work in a shop environment, with opportunities to learn, grow, and progress along defined career paths while enjoying weekly pay and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
