Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Tire Technician in Mount Washington, KY to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role offers hands-on training and a clear path for growth within our family-owned automotive service network.

You will work on tire service tasks, use balancers and tire machines, and deliver friendly, safety-minded service. Earn pay weekly between $14 and $16 per hour plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
