Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our Tire Discounters family. This role offers hands-on tire replacement, repair and rotation with training to build skills for advanced positions.

As a Tire Technician you will install and repair tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders accurately, and keep the shop organized while providing outstanding customer service to customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:
