PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Lab Tech 3 in Seattle to plan, conduct, and document tests across products and systems. You will design test setups, coordinate requirements, and participate in readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Experience in a laboratory environment and/or electronic test troubleshooting
• 1+ years related work experience or equivalent education/experience
• Experience following processes, procedures and specifications
• Education/experience typically includes an Associate degree and 3+ years related work experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and processes
• Design, fabricate, build and analyze test systems and methodologies
• Coordinate test requirements and determine test methods and capabilities
• Prepare system tests including integration, fabrication, setup, checkout and teardown
• Conduct tests, analyze data and document results; assist in test readiness reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve lab/test-related problems and coordinate lab activities and maintenance
