Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lightning Lab Technician to join our Seattle lab for a 6+ month contract, on-site only. The candidate must obtain a Secret Clearance and US Citizenship.

You will configure test beds, operate lab equipment, troubleshoot circuits, and ensure compliance with safety standards for aircraft-related products. Join a precision-driven team focused on validating designs and gathering data that informs safety certifications and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronics lab equipment (current transformer probes, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems).
• Electrical background, circuit analysis skills, and soldering experience.
• Mechanical background and ability to drill and cut test fixtures and test articles.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain lab test equipment; troubleshoot circuits and perform solder repairs.

Seattle, Washington | 6+ months contract | Up to $46.00/Hour | Shift-1

Responsibilities

• Configure test beds per test procedures and operate lab test equipment, including current transformer probes, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems.
• Repair and maintain lab test equipment; troubleshoot circuits and perform solder repairs.
• Work with an electrical background to perform circuit analysis.

6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.

Requirements

• Experience with electronics lab equipment (current transformer probes, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems).
• Electrical background, circuit analysis skills, and soldering experience.
• Mechanical background and ability to drill and cut test fixtures and test articles.
• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor+1 year related work experience, 5 years’ related work experience, etc.).
