Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, reporting, or project support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project controls tools; preference for InEight, Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Track project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, and progress.
• Maintain project controls systems and prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
• Analyze performance against baselines and support action plans.
• Assist schedule updates, critical path review, and change tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting.
