Job summary

Starbucks is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst (Advanced) to join our Nashville IT team. You will partner across IT and business to design and deliver scalable technical solutions, configure systems, and support critical production environments.

With 7+ years in enterprise collaboration tech, you will drive requirements, governance, and data quality while guiding cross‑functional initiatives in a hybrid onsite setting.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, productivity, SaaS, or digital workplace technologies in a large global environment.
  • Experience administering collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, Slack, Miro, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration platform governance, administration, access controls, lifecycle management, and operational best practices.
  • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating partner needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience providing Tier III support, troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and coordinating escalations with third‑party vendors.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS licensing, utilization, vendor relationships, and software asset governance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship‑building, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

As a Systems Analyst, you will…

  • Experience leading data conversion and advanced query/reporting for operational insights.
  • Demonstrated success coaching/mentoring analysts and influencing alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
