Qualifications

• 2 year coding experience.

• Surgical CPT coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with coding teams and operational stakeholders to resolve complex specialty coding issues.
• Clearly explains coding rationale and documentation needs to stakeholders.
• Applies expert judgment to resolve complex, ambiguous coding scenarios with minimal guidance.
• Owns resolution of complex coding scenarios with accountability and precision.
• Drives consistency and reduces variation in complex coding practices.
• Ensures coding outcomes support reimbursement, reporting, and compliance.
• Applies updated coding guidance and supports adoption of best practice.
