Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is hiring for winter 2026/27 across roles including snowmaking, cooks, drivers, instructors, and more on a summer seasonal basis. Starting wages range from $25.25/hr to $30.61/hr, with the intent to recruit for Summer Seasonal 2026 and housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in alpine environments
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Previous experience operating/maintaining heavy machinery; snowmaking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate all transportation vehicles as per the standard operating procedures
• Understand and teach proper snowmaking quality checks
• Assist snowmaking lead with day-to-day operations
• Understand and operate snowmaking pumps, compressors, manual and automated snowmaking guns
• Maintain snowmaking equipment and buildings as directed
• Complete assigned tasks while unsupervised
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$25.25/hr - $30.61/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
