Vail Resorts in Keystone, Colorado, is hiring for winter seasonal roles 2026/27, including snowmaking, cooks, drivers, and instructors. Starting wage ranges from $25.25 to $30.61 per hour, with full-time hours available and housing options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Snowmaking experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in alpine environments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Operate all transportation vehicles as per the standard operating procedures.
• Understand and teach proper snowmaking quality checks.
• Assist snowmaking lead with day-to-day operations.
• Understand and operate snowmaking pumps, compressors, manual and automated snowmaking guns.
• Maintain snowmaking equipment and buildings as directed.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks while unsupervised.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

The expected pay range is$25.25/hr - $30.61/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
