Hire Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a patient-centered, community-based health care organization operating within the Patient Centered Medical Home model. You will collaborate with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington State.
• Experience in primary care clinic settings.
• Minor surgical techniques experience preferred.
• Strong nursing process knowledge: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment using evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor population health.
• Empower patients via self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of other health professionals, including NP students.
• Maintain annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
