Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization operating in a Patient Centered Medical Home model.

You will collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population. You will perform advanced assessments, manage illnesses within ARNP scope, and develop teaching plans to support healthy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient self-management.
