SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization. The role operates within a PCMH team, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across diverse patients.

The position requires ARNP program graduation, WA RN/ARNP licensure, and prescriptive authority, with preference for broad primary care experience and minor surgical skills.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong nursing process knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining health.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific population health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and plans prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and departmental practice development.
• Support clinical education of other health professionals including student nurse practitioners.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
