Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists in Vancouver, WA, seeks a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our extending team. The ARNP will provide care throughout fertility treatment, monitor IVF cycles and 3rd party reproduction, perform pelvic ultrasounds, IUI, and related procedures, and support new patient evaluations.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible ARNP experience with WA licensure.
• 3+ years in Women’s Health/OB-GYN preferred (ASC/surgery/procedural experience acceptable).
• CPR certification required; ultrasound experience is a plus and can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide fertility treatment care and monitor IVF cycles.
• Perform pelvic ultrasound, IUI, saline infusion sonography, and hysterosalpingograms.
• Conduct new patient evaluations, histories and exams; order tests and interpret results.
• Develop and manage ovulation induction and IUI treatment plans.
• Educate and document in EMRs; maintain clear communication with physician team.
• May travel to Seattle/Bellevue for training and weekend/holiday rotations.

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, is looking for a full time, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our Vancouver location. This role is integral to our clinical operations and plays a key part in delivering a seamless, personalized experience for every patient.The ARNP we are seeking must be energetic, organized, and self-directed with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other health care professionals, and patients. This position requires a confident practitioner with high levels of professionalism and compassion who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can practice independently.This role is for a satellite office and will require a candidate who is independent and excels at communication with a team, even from a distance. This position is Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm, and may require some travel to our Seattle/Bellevue offices for training and for weekend/holiday rotation.General Duties:· Provide care to patients throughout fertility treatment.· Monitor patients through IVF cycle and 3rd party reproduction in conjunction with the physician team.· Perform procedures such as pelvic ultrasound, intrauterine insemination, saline infusion sonography, and hysterosalpingograms.· Early pregnancy monitoring: Targeted evaluation and management of patients presenting with early pregnancy, miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy. This is usually done in consultation with the physician.· New patient evaluation, history, and physical exams; order appropriate testing; interpret test results; diagnose and recommend appropriate plan of care with treatment options. Focus is on the treatment of the female patient.· Manage patients trying for pregnancy using ovarian stimulation medications and/or insemination. Create treatment plans for ovulation induction and IUI cycles.· Educate and document in patients' electronic medical records.· Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:· Progressively responsible ARNP experience. Preferably 3 years' experience in Women's Health and/or OB/GYN (with experience in ASC, surgery or procedural, PACU, recovery care or fertility).· Must have one of the following: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in Washington State.· CPR Certification (BLS Healthcare provider level at a minimum).· Ultrasound experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.· Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.· Proficiency with EMRs and computer skills.· May require travel to our Bellevue/Seattle officesIvy Fertility is an equal opportunity employer.
