Job summary

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists in Vancouver, WA is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our satellite clinic. The ARNP will provide fertility care, monitor IVF cycles with the physician team, and perform ultrasound and IUI procedures.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, able to work independently, and holds an active WA ARNP or PA license with CPR certification. Travel to Seattle/Bellevue for training and weekend rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Active WA Nurse Practitioner license or PA license.
• 3+ years in Women’s Health/OB-GYN preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients throughout fertility treatment.
• Monitor IVF cycles in coordination with the physician team.
• Perform pelvic ultrasound, IUI, SIS, and HSG procedures.
• Monitor early pregnancy and coordinate with physicians.
• Document in electronic medical records and educate patients.

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the‑art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, is looking for a full time, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our Vancouver location. This role is integral to our clinical operations and plays a key part in delivering a seamless, personalized experience for every patient.

The ARNP we are seeking must be energetic, organized, and self‑directed with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other health care professionals, and patients. This position requires a confident practitioner with high levels of professionalism and compassion who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can practice independently.

This role is for a satellite office and will require a candidate who is independent and excels at communication with a team, even from a distance. This position is Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm, and may require some travel to our Seattle/Bellevue offices for training and for weekend/holiday rotation.

General Duties

• Provide care to patients throughout fertility treatment.
• Monitor patients through IVF cycle and 3rd party reproduction in conjunction with the physician team.
• Perform procedures such as pelvic ultrasound, intrauterine insemination, saline infusion sonography, and hysterosalpingograms.
• Early pregnancy monitoring: Targeted evaluation and management of patients presenting with early pregnancy, miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy. This is usually done in consultation with the physician.
• New patient evaluation, history, and physical exams; order appropriate testing; interpret test results; diagnose and recommend appropriate plan of care with treatment options. Focus is on the treatment of the female patient.
• Manage patients trying for pregnancy using ovarian stimulation medications and/or insemination. Create treatment plans for ovulation induction and IUI cycles.
• Educate and document in patients' electronic medical records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Progressively responsible ARNP experience. Preferably 3 years' experience in Women's Health and/or OB/GYN (with experience in ASC, surgery or procedural, PACU, recovery care or fertility).
• Must have one of the following: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in Washington State.
• CPR Certification (BLS Healthcare provider level at a minimum).
• Ultrasound experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with EMRs and computer skills.
• May require travel to our Bellevue/Seattle offices.
