Ashland Foundry & Machine Works LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking a Quality Technician – Advanced Products to support military and nuclear contracts. The role focuses on testing, inspection, non-destructive testing, and processing of advanced products across operations.

You will read engineering drawings, perform VT/PT/MT NDT, conduct dimensional checks, and contribute to NCR processes while working with ISO teams.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing (existing or previous certification in VT, PT or MT preferred)
• Read and understand engineering drawings to include GD&T
• Ability to learn and understand metal casting processes
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work in teams
• Must be able to work safely in a foundry environment

Responsabilidades

• Perform non-destructive testing (VT, PT, MT) on cast components.
• Perform dimensional inspections on rough and finished components.
• Prepare, distribute and monitor NCR dispositions with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate document and certification creation and retention.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and follow safety rules.
• Participate in ISO team activities and continuous improvement.
