Responsibilities

1. Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
2. Inspect product literature and labels for accuracy.
3. Reconcile documents, compile, analyze, and report data of moderate complexity.
4. Advocate for Quality by demonstrating commitment to meeting quality requirements daily.
5. Make data-driven decisions.
6. Draft and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7. Propose and implement process improvements.
8. Utilize internal databases and software effectively.
9. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and suggest future changes.
10. Participate in training less experienced employees.
11. Perform all Quality Technician duties as needed.
12. Follow safety, quality, and training guidelines and regulations.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related experience or an associate degree with minimal experience. Proficient in computer use, data entry, and proofreading. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and communicate effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and standards such as ISO13485, ISO9001, MDSAP.
• Understanding of safety procedures and company policies.
• Skills in coordination, problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work standard business hours (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.).
