Total Talent Solutions in Neenah, WI is seeking an Advanced Prototyper to transform concepts into tangible prototypes. You will work closely with product designers and engineers to develop, test, and refine high-fidelity samples in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on fabrication, equipment operation, and a collaborative mindset to deliver robust prototypes and drive continuous improvement. This on-site position offers growth within a professional team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical training in product development, manufacturing, or industrial design preferred.
Experience building product and packaging prototypes and related processes.

Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity prototypes including functional products, packaging, displays, boards, kits, photos, and videos.
Develop and adapt prototyping methods to support new concepts and innovation.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine designs.
Gather feedback and implement improvements based on testing and user needs.
Troubleshoot prototype construction challenges and propose solutions.
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Support leadership events with display creation, setup, and teardown.
Mentor and train new team members and fellow prototypers.
Organize inventory, supplies, storage, labeling, and shipping activities.
Assist ideation sessions, presentations, demos, and clean room studies.
