Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment in a food manufacturing setting.
• Able to read, write, and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Willing to work overtime and on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple machines on the production line to meet customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and notify supervisor of issues promptly.
• Record line downtime accurately and maintain sanitary equipment and work area.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures, using PPE as required.
• Assist with coverage for Operator I/II during breaks or absences.
• Communicate clearly with shift supervisor and team to ensure smooth production.
