Job summary

Richelieu Foods, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician II to support daily QA tasks in our Wisconsin plant. You will perform routine inspections, verify food safety and regulatory compliance, and document results for the lead QA Tech.

You''ll conduct CCP/CQP checks, metal detector verifications, HACCP monitoring, and raw material inspections while ensuring GMPs and USDA requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a food manufacturing QA environment.
• English read/write/speak required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections ensuring sanitary conditions before start-up and report results to Lead Quality Tech.
• Perform CCP/CQP checks including metal detector, temperature verifications, and code date verifications.
• Maintain USDA/Food Safety compliance and conduct audits; liaise with USDA as needed.
