ConvenientMD in Waterville, ME is building a founding Advanced Primary Care team. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will guide team-based care and shape modern primary care workflows with clinicians, pharmacists, nurses and care coordinators.

This role offers value-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, innovative environment. Salary range $135,000–$290,000 USD, with base pay and incentive opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Must hold a DEA license with no restrictions and BLS certification.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care in a value-based APC model.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Contribute to building a modern primary care practice from the ground up.
• Maintain compliant documentation and uphold HIPAA standards.
