Advanced Practitioner (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) - Urgent Care

Exeter, New Hampshire, United States

At ConvenientMD, we’re on a mission to make good health more convenient for all – working to improve how patients and providers experience healthcare in New England. To support this belief, we’re building a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about improving lives, are passionate about work that can make a difference, and are driven to learn from one another.

Opportunity

We are seeking both experienced and early‑career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) who are motivated to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, urgent care environment. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care while building a strong clinical foundation and advancing your professional development. This is an opportunity to join an organization that values continuous learning, clinical excellence, and the ability to make a tangible difference in the health and well‑being of the communities we serve.

At ConvenientMD, the Advanced Practitioner Level 2 (AP2) role is designed for clinicians ready to take the next step; combining strong clinical independence with leadership and mentorship. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical resource, driving quality initiatives, supporting team development, and contributing to operational excellence, while practicing with a high level of autonomy, including as the sole on‑site provider when needed. In this role, you’ll also leverage your experience to mentor newer clinicians, all while benefiting from the support of lead providers and physicians to ensure safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.

Drive Operational Excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinic flow, reduce wait times, and enhance provider efficiency
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership on workflow optimization and team dynamics
  • Support clinic coverage needs with flexibility while maintaining high standards of care
  • Adhere to regional floating and coverage expectations, including supporting nearby clinics as needed
Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
