You’ll serve as a trusted clinical resource, driving quality initiatives, supporting team development, and contributing to operational excellence, while practicing with a high level of autonomy, including as the sole on-site provider when needed. In this role, you’ll also leverage your experience to mentor newer clinicians, all while benefiting from the support of lead providers and physicians to ensure safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.
