Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (PA or NP) for a 24/7 service in cardiac surgery. The candidate should have experience in cardiac surgery or CTICU and be flexible to work in ICU and OR settings as part of a growing healthcare system.

Opportunities include a mix of OR/ICU/floor/outpatient duties, with options for ICU-only or primarily OR work. CT licensure, DEA, ACLS/BLS, and CME maintenance are required, as is NP/PA certification.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA/NPs, preferably RNFA certified.
• Experience in cardiac surgery or CTICU.
• Strong communication skills.
• CT licensure, DEA, ACLS/BLS, CME maintenance.
• Cardiac Surgery 1st experience or experience in the Cardiac ICU with procedural experience.
• NP or PA certification.

Responsibilities

• Role includes ICU and step-down coverage, OR responsibilities, and some outpatient office staffing.
• Opportunities for combinations of OR/ICU/Floor/outpatient work, ICU only, or mostly OR work.
• Flexible scheduling with day and night shifts.
