Job summary

SSM Health Cancer Care in Fenton, Missouri is seeking a full-time Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a team of 3 medical oncologists and skilled support staff. This outpatient role includes infusion room oversight with occasional hospital rounding, providing high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, totaling 36 clinical hours per week plus 4 hours for admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Oncolog y experience desired; PA/NP background preferred
• Graduate of PA or NP program
• Must obtain Missouri RN and NP or PA licensure

Responsibilities

SSM Health Cancer Care in Fenton, Missouri (Cancer Care | Fenton, MO | SSM Health), is seeking a full-time, experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). A self-starter with strong communication and critical thinking skills is a must.

Job Details

• Outpatient focused with infusion room oversight and potential occasional hospital rounding
• Anticipated schedule: Monday- Friday from 800am-430pm
• 36 hours of clinic/patient-facing time required weekly with four (4) hours of weekly admin time; flexible as long as you meet clinic/patient-facing time requirement
• 60 minutes for new patient and patient education visits, and 20 minutes for follow-up office visits
• No Call/Weekends/Holidays
• Join an experienced team of 3 Medical Oncologists, as well as exceptional support staff

Minimum Requirements

• Oncology experience desired as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner; will review applicants with strong clinicals in oncology
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain RN and NP licensure or PA licensure in the State of Missouri
