HSHS Medical Group in Breese, IL is recruiting a Walk-In Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our outpatient site. The role is 100% outpatient with EPIC EMR in use and a strong emphasis on rural medicine.

Medical Group is recruiting a Walk-In Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. for our clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. If you have a strong interest in Rural Medicine, consider joining the strong and expanding team in Breese. This provider will be a Walk-In Provider only.

Position Details

Core Function: Provider

Education Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
