Job summary

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pain Management team in O’Fallon, Illinois. This full-time role offers dedicated support staff and a collaborative environment focused on quality patient care, with a schedule Monday–Friday and no weekend or holiday work.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in IL with DEA registration, have 2+ years of NP/PA experience preferred, and possess strong commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with NP/PA scope in pain management.
• Master’s in Nursing required; Doctoral preferred; licensure to practice in IL/WI.
• BLS certification and board certification preferred; DEA registration and NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pain management care in collaboration with the team.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with hospitals and clinics across IL/WI to coordinate services.

Education

Master’s degree in Nursing

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Position Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $132,472, with additional bonus-earning potential

Education Qualifications
