BHMG Lifespan Physician Group, Inc., d/b/a Brown Health Medical Group, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive urology care in an outpatient setting at LPG-Newport, RI. You will collaborate with assigned urologists, perform evaluations, order studies, and develop treatment plans.
Responsibilities include post-operative follow-up, in-office procedures, and on-call duties. Rhode Island license as CRNP/PA and DEA licensure are required; 2+ years in acute/ambulatory care
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide the urology patient and their family with continuity of care. The APP will act as an integral part of the outpatient care team. The practitioner will also act as an educator and a liaison to other health care providers providing care across the care continuum. This position will be a part of a Provider Pod Care Team Model and will work collaboratively with assigned Urologists in the practice.
Exposed to surgical procedures and patient care environments. Regularly experiences mental/visual fatigue from job pressures.
Performs independently within the departments policies and practices. Refers specific complex problems to the supervisor when clarification of the departmental policies and procedures are required.

Pay Range: $127,504.00-$161,782.40
