Job summary

WellSpan Health in Manchester, PA seeks an Advanced Practice Professional for urgent care coverage. This per-diem role requires an FNP or PA-C with urgent care or emergency medicine experience, and a commitment of two 12-hour shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift.

You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for all ages in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting, evaluating and treating acute illnesses and injuries, with potential to float among York County locations.

Responsibilities

• Floats between York County Urgent Care locations as needed.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and strong clinical outcomes.

What You'll Champion

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) required with prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
• Minimum commitment of two 12-hour shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries, including performing minor procedures
• Flexible to float between multiple York County Urgent Care locations (Queen St., Shrewsbury, West York, Manchester)
• Provide comprehensive walk-in care services, ensuring efficient patient flow and strong clinical outcomes
