Ascend Medical in the Atlanta metro area seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide relationship-centered care to older adults in premier senior living communities. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and the support of a dedicated clinical care team and advanced technology.

You’ll manage chronic conditions, collaborate with facility staff, and draw on home health or hospice experience to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• NP or PA licensed in Georgia (unrestricted)
• Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience; geriatrics, hospice, or home health preferred
