Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Midtown Bozeman clinic invites Advanced Practice Providers to join a patient-centered care team focused on high-quality outcomes. This role supports rural medicine with opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and professional growth within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

You will work four 10-hour days on weekdays (about 36 clinic hours plus 4 admin hours) with no weekend shifts, using EPIC EMR and coordinating care across Intermountain Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Current state APRN or PA license.
• Certification as NP (APRN) or NCCPA for PA.
• Clinical experience as defined by position leadership.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substances License II–V and Federal DEA.
• BLS Certification; other required certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
• Current certification from NCCPA/ANCC/AANP.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the Midtown Clinic, Bozeman, Montana.
• Work four 10-hour days on weekdays; ~36 clinic hours plus 4 hours administrative time, with no weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with on-site staff, specialties, and visiting providers; coordinate care across Intermountain Health facilities.
• Provide full-spectrum care and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes and experiences.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and coordinate care within the Intermountain Health system.
