Intermountain Health’s Midtown Bozeman clinic invites Advanced Practice Providers to join a patient-centered care team focused on high-quality outcomes. This role supports rural medicine with opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and professional growth within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

You will work four 10-hour days on weekdays (about 36 clinic hours plus 4 admin hours) with no weekend shifts, using EPIC EMR and coordinating care across Intermountain Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Current state APRN or PA license.
• Certification as NP (APRN) or NCCPA for PA.
• Clinical experience as defined by position leadership.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substances License II–V and Federal DEA.
• BLS Certification; other required certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
• Current certification from NCCPA/ANCC/AANP.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the Midtown Clinic, Bozeman, Montana.
• Work four 10-hour days on weekdays; approximately 36 clinic hours plus 4 hours of administrative time, with no weekend shifts.
• Join a well-respected, established group of providers and collaborate with support staff and on-site specialties, plus visiting specialists from Intermountain Health facilities.
• Provide full-spectrum care and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes and experiences.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and coordinate care with the broader Intermountain Health system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or as a Physician Assistant (PA).
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (for APRN) or certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistors (NCCPA) for PAs.
• Applicable clinical experience as defined by position leadership.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substances License II–V and Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers; other certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
• Current certification from a recognized certifying organization (e.g., NCCPA for PAs, ANCC or AANP for NPs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
