IntraCare is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-quality primary care services across its clinics in Texas and Arizona. This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking for flexible, as-needed work.
You will be responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.

The PRN APP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while providing comprehensive, patient-centered care consistent with IntraCare's clinical standards. The position requires providing preventive care, managing chronic diseases, and maintaining accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
To qualify, you must hold a current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the applicable state, a graduate degree from an accredited program, national board certification, and current BLS. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and EMR experience are essential. As a PRN provider, you will need to maintain reliable communication regarding availability, accept shifts based on clinic needs, arrive on time, and ensure proper patient handoff. Preferred candidates will have primary care or outpatient experience, particularly in managing chronic conditions or working in value-based care environments.
