Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Loves Park, Illinois is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Primary Care practice. In this role, you will perform patient assessments, establish care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, a current Illinois license, and relevant certifications. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55.20 to $63.65 per hour, along with generous paid time off and various health benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing or PA studies from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Certification by ANCC or NCCPA required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
